Ben Chapman is the Head of Popular Music for the BBC's digital platforms. He oversees the digital output of BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra, Radio 2, 6 Music, Asian Network, major music events such as Glastonbury and music TV shows such as 'Later with Jools Holland...' Ben is really passionate about the future of music and the possibilities of radio/entertainment over the internet in years to come. He will discuss the latest thinking about how real time internet is helping live radio and how he aims to position BBC Music in a cloud based future.
