1. How much does the event cost?

The base price for attending RIMC 2018 is ISK 61900 (about €520). For more information contact us through rimc@rimc.is, or call us directly at +354 540 9500.

4. How can I book a stand at the Expo?

5. When is it, at what time?

23rd of March 2018 from 9:00 to 17:00.

6. Where is it?

The conference center is located at Hotel Reykjavik Natura.

Regarding of accommodation, we also recommend Hótel Óðinsvé – But you can also find hotels using Hotels.is. Most hotels are in central Reykjavik, and if you are staying over the weekend we suggest that you book a hotel there, but take a taxi to and from the venue (estimated cost is 15 – 20 euros).

Flights

For flights to Iceland we recommend WOW Air – www.wowiceland.co.uk.

7. Is this conference only for people with computer knowledge?

RIMCis a Marketing Conference and is for those with most stages of knowledge. This is for anyone who wants to build traffic to their website and get a better understanding of Internet marketing and communications.

Do you design websites? The way you create pages can boost or hurt your search engine traffic.

Are you a web marketer? Then this conference is definitely for you.

This conference is also a fantastic way to get a first glimpse of the possibilities of Internet marketing from people who are rated amongst the best in their field. If you feel that the Internet can be a part of your marketing mix, then this conference is for you.

Just click on the ‘Speakers‘ tab above and find out! Remember that this can change with short notice for reasons not in our control, and we can not take responsibility for that.

9. How can I ask questions during the Q&A?

You can ask directly or through the moderator. If that doesn’t suit you, it’s also possible to write questions down and hand to the panel chairman. You can also use the conference’s Twitter account by sending a message to @RIMConference or mark your question with #RIMC18 (changes year by year), email questions in advance to rimc@rimc.is, or call us at +354 540 9500.

10. What do I have to bring with me?

Nothing…except maybe some money for food, drinks, and good times in the lively Icelandic capital.

11. Will there be anything to eat and drink?

Yes, there will be a light breakfast on offer, as well as refreshments throughout the day (coffee, tea, etc…. )

12. Will there be any intermissions/breaks?

There will be short breaks and lunch breaks throughout the day

13. Cocktail?

By the end, there will be a cocktail party for conference attendees. Great gig to network and be merry!

14. How do you get from Keflavik International Airport (KEF) to the Hotel/Venue?

If you are staying at a Hotel in Reykjavik we recommend that you take the Airport Shuttle, it’s the cheapest option (EUR 15 one way, EUR 20 return) and they will drive you directly to most larger hotels in the city. If you do not want to take the shuttle, you can take a taxi from the airport, which costs around EUR 50. Taking a taxi is the fastest but most expensive way.

15. What is the Cancellation Policy of RIMC?

Please read the information on your ticket carefully and see if it’s correct. It’s not always possible to fix errors after purchasing the ticket.

If you would like to cancel the purchase for any reason, please contact our sales department, the phone number is +354-540-9500 or send an email to rimc@rimc.is before February 16th, 2018. 60% of the ticket price will be refunded if canceled before February 23rd, 2018. Tickets will not be refunded after February 23rd, 2018.

If the event takes place within 30 days from the ticket purchase, the ticket will not be refunded unless the event is canceled.

If the dates change, you´ll be offered tickets on the new date (if other dates are available). If the ticket holder cannot attend on the new date, the tickets will be refunded. Refund requests need to be made no more than 28 days after the date of the event that was canceled.

The people or businesses responsible for the event, do not take any responsibility for ticket owner’s private property during the event.
